highly recommend this company. This morning I called them as the
furnace wouldn't start and it was a cold spell. Beth arranged Ken to
leave a job and come to help me. He arrived and immediately realized
that I had turned the furnace off, instead of on, this morning. Blame
old age! He was very kind to me and didn't make me feel like the dummy I
was. He spent time explaining how to properly use my thermostat (do not
turn it off at night but just reduce temperature). Kent is a nice
gentlemen and very funny too! He left without charging me a cent. If you
use this company you will be in safe hands and receive excellent
service. Give them a try and you'll see."
